Task Monster is a family reward app made by Darumatic Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). It is free, ad-free and designed to be private.
Nothing personal. Task Monster has no accounts and no sign-up. Everything you enter in the app — profile names, monster progress, the optional parent PIN — is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. The parent PIN is stored as a salted hash, not as the PIN itself.
Anonymous usage statistics. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count anonymous events (for example, “an evolution happened”) and basic device information (such as device model and country). This helps us understand whether the app works well. These statistics are anonymous, are not used for advertising, and are not shared with anyone beyond Google acting as our service provider.
Task Monster is designed to be used by families together. Because no personal information is collected, no personal data about children is processed. The optional parent lock exists to keep the reward flow under adult control, not to collect anything.
All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app (or clearing its storage/site data) permanently removes every profile, monster and PIN. The anonymous statistics cannot be linked back to you or your device by us.
